CALLING ALL SOFTBALL PLAYERS...
Well, it's that time of year again. Yes, it's time to sign up for the 2008 Atlanta Bar Association Non-Competitive Softball League. 2007 proved to be another great season for our league with Elarbee Thompson coming out on top after beating Savell & Williams in the championship game. We're hoping that 2008 will be even better!
Our plan is to start play the first week of June. The regular season will go until mid-August. At that point we will seed all of the teams and start the playoffs which will end the first or second week of September. Remember, as this is a non-competitive league, all of the teams make the playoffs.
Please click on the link below to download your application and send it in as soon as possible. Last year we had more than a few teams that were left out because they waited too long to submit their application. As in previous years, the numbers of teams we have in the league will depend on the availability of fields. Fortunately we have had more rain this year so we are hoping that there will not be any restrictions on the number of fields that are available for play.
